UTAK's extensive and ever expanding product line of toxicology controls has clinical applications (e.g., therapeutic drug monitoring), in addition to forensic applications (e.g., the monitoring of drugs of abuse). UTAK also manufactures custom toxicology controls to meet exact specifications for those laboratories with individualized needs.

UTAK products are prepared from pure human materials- whole blood, plasma, serum, and urine. Pure chemicals, drugs, and metabolites are added to the processed human materials to achieve the target values. UTAK also manufactures bulk quantities of serum, plasma, whole blood, and certified drug-free urine.
